Cláudia Figueiredo is a member of the Decision Support Systems Group of the Governance, Competitiveness and Public Policies Research Unit at the University of Aveiro.
She has a PhD in Education (specialization in evaluation and supervision) from the University of Aveiro, and a master's degree in Education Sciences from the University of Coimbra.
She is a postdoctoral fellow in the interdisciplinary project CeNTER: Community-led Network for Territorial Innovation. Her role in the project focuses on the development and validation of regional innovation indicators, particularly those related to well-being and quality of life.
She has developed scientific work in the areas of research methods and statistical analysis. She has extensive work in the development and validation of survey procedures and scales, particularly in the field of Psychology and Education.
